Your Role:

• Respond to team members’ questions and educate them on company and HR policies.
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with maintaining employee records and supporting the implementation and management of HR initiatives and systems.
• Oversee employee survey and appraisal processes.
• Organize informal meetings and team-building activities to enhance communication and collaboration within the team.
• Participate in organizing gifts for holidays and preparing corporate events.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and first interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient full-cycle recruitment process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify internal staffing needs and requirements, providing continuous support throughout the hiring process.

About You:

• At least 1 year of experience working as an HR Assistant, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar position.
• Experience with active sourcing tools andtechniques to find candidates using various sources.
• Experience in event organization (team-building, corporate events, etc.).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude, creative mindset, initiative, and a desire to grow with the company.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
