One of our best teams is the Brand Department, an internal advertising agency that fully supports Ukrainian products. From the first idea to the final implementation - we create a full cycle of advertising solutions, combining a well-thought-out strategy, creativity and quality production approaches. Our focus is to strengthen the brand and build recognizable, persuasive communication.
We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Recruiter. If, reading further, you catch yourself thinking "this is about me", it looks like we are moving in the right direction.
Main tasks:
- Lead the full recruiting cycle - from creating a job description and candidate portrait together with the hiring manager to the final offer.
- Actively search for candidates for marketing positions at various levels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to quickly and efficiently close vacancies.
- Give timely feedback to candidates and monitor the performance of test tasks (if necessary).
- Maintain the candidate database in ATS (PeopleForce): update statuses, update profiles, record in a timely manner feedback.
It will be cool if you have:
- Experience as a Recruiter / HR / Talent Acquisition Manager from 0.5 years;
- Education, understanding or a little experience in the field of marketing/creative.;
- Good skills present the company and the vacancy to potential employees;
- Ability to adapt and quickly adapt to new requirements in vacancies;
- Desire to grow, develop professionally.
