We are looking for a Customer support consultant (plumbing)

Tasks:

• Providing advice to customers over the phone and e-mail.
• Solving technical issues and customer problems.
• Registration and processing of applications in the system.
• Maintenance of customer database.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict situations.
• Experience in the technical field, plumbing or service centers is a must.
• Knowledge of PC at the user level.
• Responsibility and orientation on the result.
