- Creation of content for social networks (posts, articles, videos, infographics);
- Planning and publication of content on main platforms, interaction with subscribers;
- Analysis of content effectiveness through analytical tools (Google Analytics, Feceboor, Instagram Insights) and strategy adjustments.
- Active use of CRM systems to interact with clients, increase sales and improve loyalty;
- Preparation and implementation of email marketing campaigns to maintain communication with clients.
- Formulation of clear terms of reference for designers, content makers, printers and other contractors.
- Search for new partners for cooperation (media, influencers, B2B partners);
- Creation of advertising materials and presentations, ordering souvenir products;
- Support of internal and external communications.
