What experience we expect from you:

• Remote user support;
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
• Experience with Mikrotik equipment;
• Experience with Linux servers; Windows Server (2019);
• Knowledge of network protocols (RDP, TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, FTP, HTTP, IMAP, SMTP, POP3, VPN, etc.); Zabbix, Grafana monitoring;
• Experience with video surveillance systems (hikvision, dahua);
• Experience with data backup/recovery - Veeam Backup & Replication;
• Communication, punctuality, stress resistance, self-organization and discipline.

Your tasks will be:

• Ensuring smooth operation and administration of the IT infrastructure;
• Working with Mac OS and Windows;
• Technical support for users;
• Managing accounts, installing and updating software security;
• Monitoring and documentation of technical incidents;
• Interaction with contractors, customers and suppliers;
