Junior IT Project manager (with training) in BeautyZone Salon

We are looking for:

Active and organized person who wants to start a career in IT as a Project Manager. If you know how to communicate with people, are not afraid of responsibility and want to learn to manage IT projects - we are waiting for you.

What you will do:

• Learn the basics of project management under the mentorship of an experienced PM

• Communicate with the development team and customers (mostly in writing)

• Lead documentation, create simple technical tasks

• Help in organizing meetings, monitoring deadlines

• Gradually take responsibility for mini-projects or parts of large ones

We will teach you:

• Basics of Scrum / Agile and principles of project management

• How software development works support

• How to communicate with the development team, designers and customers

• Work with Jira / Trello / Notion, Google Docs, Slack

• Basic technical understanding (to easily explain tasks)

What we expect from you:

• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian (English - preferably at level B1+)

• Ability to learn quickly and analyze information

• Responsibility, punctuality, self-organization

• Communication, empathy, teamwork

• Basic knowledge of IT / project management will be a plus, but not mandatory
