SOCIAL SYNERGY CIVIL ORGANIZATION (EDRPOU code 42571900) announces a competition to attract specialists for the organization and provision of services aimed at strengthening the ability of the veteran community of the Ternopil region to actively participate in political life and local decision-making processes. The project also involves promoting the reintegration of veterans into the labor market and strengthening cooperation with local politicians, authorities, employment centers and medical institutions to ensure better adaptation to civilian life.
The activity will be implemented in the Ternopil region (the city of Ternopil and the region) during December 2025 - February 2026.
The project is supported by the Representation of the "Westminster Foundation for Democracy".
Requirements for candidates:
- higher education;
- professional experience in the social and humanitarian sphere of work from 5 years;
- experience in the highly specialized activity of an expert - from 3 years;
- uniqueness of the proposed teaching methodology, approaches or content necessary for the project tasks, including the authorship of educational programs/trainings, regulatory or other documents (manuals, recommendations, programs, etc.) necessary for the project.

Responsibilities:
- organization and holding of 3 strategic sessions on the needs of vulnerable groups for representatives of authorities and local self-government (one in each district center of Ternopil region);
- preparation of a report summarizing the results of strategic sessions on the needs of vulnerable groups for representatives of authorities and local self-government;
- organization and holding of a forum for sharing best practices of supporting vulnerable groups and assisting them in socio-political and economic integration;
- preparation of a report summarizing key findings and best practices presented during the event.
Terms of cooperation:
- offline (Ternopil city, Ternopil region).
