Junior IT Project manager (with training) in AutoBoom

What will you do?

• You will coordinate tasks: you will ensure that projects move according to the plan and deadlines.

• You will communicate with the team: you will keep in touch with developers, designers, customers.

• You will fix processes: you will draw up timelines, you will update statuses in task trackers (Trello, Jira, Notion).

• You will learn by doing: you will receive mentorship, templates and training materials for a quick start.

What do we expect from you?

• No experience - ok! It is important that there is a desire to structure, control and keep everything under control control.

• Organization: able to keep several processes in mind at the same time.

• Communicability: able to explain tasks in simple language and resolve mini-conflicts

• Basic PC knowledge: Google Docs, Excel, Notion, Zoom — minimal starter recruiting.

• Responsibility: you know how to get things done.
