Junior IT Project Manager Kyiv office in 5R partners

You have no experience, but you want to develop in IT and become a real Project Manager? No problem - we will teach you everything! We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is ready to learn, grow and do cool things together with our team!

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of employees in one of the company's departments: marketing, development, design and others
• Monitor the execution of tasks and compliance with deadlines, monitoring the implementation of employee KPIs
• Track tasks and reports in Excel, update execution statuses
• Work with documentation in Word: instructions, regulations, working documents
• Monitor compliance with internal processes, standards and regulations by employees
• Collect team reports and prepare short status digests tasks
• Communicate with the team regarding the execution of tasks, specify details and quickly solve organizational issues

Your development as a manager:

• Practical experience of managing teams
• Learn to work with tasks, deadlines style="font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Development of leadership and management skills
• You will work next to more experienced managers and learn from their experience
