Your tasks:

• implementation of the plan for the operational profit of the online store;
• configuration, optimization of business processes;
• control over the work of the call center and composition;
• setting and monitoring tasks for neighbors;
• SEO promotion;
• setting up Google advertising;
• development, optimization of the site;
• administration of the online store;
• setting up analytics, decision-making based on analytics, improvement of DRR, CPS indicators;
• interaction with the department sales;
• development of sales through marketplaces.

This is about you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• experience in managing the full sales cycle; 
• ability to manage personnel and form an effective work team;
• ability to set tasks and monitor their execution; 
• high level of communication and negotiation skills;
