This position will report to the Head of the HR and Administrative Group.
General purpose of the vacancy:
Provide administrative assistance and support to the HR department in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the HRD and Ukrainian legislation.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the performance of all tasks related to personnel, in the regional office in Mykolaiv, including hiring, induction, assistance with personnel records, etc.
Main duties:
- Assist management and staff with human resources issues and problems;
- Manage recruitment for the area, including posting vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, reference screening and maintaining appropriate documentation;
- Assist in ensuring compliance of personnel documentation with legislation in in the field of labor law and personal data protection. Interact with the regional office of the DRB to ensure the timely and accurate turnover of documentation;
- Help to carry out the recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, as well as the orders of the Head of the Representation;
- Help to form and manage personal files of employees, ensure timely sending of personal files to the regional office DRB;
- Assist in ensuring compliance with leave rules by all DRB employees in the area of responsibility, prepare internal orders and send them for archiving to the DRB regional office;
- Enter data into DRB Dynamics (ERP), including hiring, termination and renewal of employee contracts, verification of leave requests and approvals, benefits and compensations;
- Make sure that the process of evaluating the effectiveness ofis conducted and that there are opportunities for the employee to learn and develop;
- Help people plan activities (for example, ensure that job descriptions are available for all roles);
- Help or drive people welfare initiatives.
To be successful in this position, we expect you to havemat least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel management, personnel administration, recruiting, or any other related field.
In addition, we expect the following from you:

Microsoft programs (for example, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
- Basic level of English language proficiency (A2) or higher;
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
