Web/UX Designer (Full-time, remote) in Cedoy P.V., FOP

We are looking for a designer who does not just "draw sites", but understands how the user interacts with the product. It is important to us that you can justify each button and indent, relying on UX principles, not only on aesthetics.

Your tasks:

• Development of site design (Landing Pages, corporate sites, e-commerce).

• Creation of prototypes and User Flows (design of transition logic).

• Working with UI kits and support design system.

• Analysis of user behavior and improvement of existing interfaces.

• Preparation of layouts for development (transfer to developers in Figma).

Our expectations:

• Experience of 2 years or more in web design.

• Portfolio - mandatory (Behance, Dribbble or personal site). Please add references in the feedback.

• Proficient in Figma (Auto Layouts, Components, Prototyping - your basic set).

• Understanding UX analytics and usability principles.

• Ability to work with grids, typography and color.

• Responsive design experience (Mobile First - how advantage).

Will be a plus:

• Skills in working with animation (After Effects, Lottie).

• Understanding the basics of HTML/CSS (to speak with developers in the same language).

Schedule: flexible (start work from 9 to 11, work 8 hours a day)
