Junior HR Administrator in Genesis

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founded IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-game applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs of Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the USA, Europe and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.

We invite to the Finance team a responsible and focused HR Administrator who will contribute to the achievement of our goals through effective implementation and support of HR processes.

We expect you to:

• support HR processes;
• you will ensure the support and improvement of the processes of onboarding, adaptation, performance and offboarding of our employees so that they take place as comfortably and efficiently as possible;
• you will administer the Zoho People system: under your leadership, all data will be filled and up-to-date;)
• you will conduct an audit of the team leaders' requests and, based on it, create a roadmap for changes to the processes;
• you will support the Performance Review process, regular surveys and sections;

What do you need to work in this position?

• experience in HR from 1 year;
• experience in team work;
• experience in building and implementing HR processes;
• experience working with the HR system.
