• Create weekly campaigns, from idea to launch — write terms of reference for a copywriter and designer, draft a letter in the editor, test, launch;

• Communicate with different departments;

• Plan and implement omnichannel campaigns (email, push, app inbox, Viber/SMS) for customer retention (series of welcome letters, digests, trigger mailings, segmented campaigns, etc.);

• Work with the team to develop strategies and tactics in the area of ​​direct marketing;

• Create a content plan for regular newsletters;

• Work with domain reputation;

• Use digital tools such as: Figma, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Salesforce, eSputnik, Stripo or others;

• Work with large databases (segmentation, analysis);

• Conduct A/B testing approaches (developing and testing hypotheses to improve performance);

• Lead the project according to the work plan, adhere to deadlines;

• Analyze metrics and optimize communication channels;

• Prepare reports on the results of the work performed and their presentation.
