We are currently looking forCommunity Manager who will build engagement and trust in Nebula in social media communities through lively, authentic and valuable communication.
Your role is to build a consistent and recognizable voice of the brand in comments, private messages and UGC, and responsible for the brand's reputation online.
Your tasks:
- Monitor and respond to user comments and messages on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Xwith a single tone of voice;
- Run and run campaigns with engaging the audience, building relationships with brand advocates and influencers, forming long-term loyalty and community around the brand;
Analyze brand perception and tone of mentions in social networks, propose solutions for working with negative feedback and strengthening brand positions;
Create live, personalized communication to make the brand look human and approachable;
Prepare reports on user engagement and behavior, find growth points and improve engagement strategies;
- Participate in the development of a content strategy, propose relevant topics and formats and collaborate with the creative team based on user feedback.
About you:
Have 6 months of experiencein digital marketing/customer support/SMM;English language - B2 (ideally C1);You know how to moderate social networks: style="font-weight: 600; font-style: inherit">Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X; analytics and able to prepare simple reports on brand sentiment and interaction with the audience;Able to work with response timings and prioritize appeal.Why is OBRIO the best place to work?
