Humanitarian platform "Green Corridor" - in the future GM GREEN CORRIDOR is looking for an SMM specialist

We are looking for a person who will talk about our activities in social networks.

Expected services:

• Generation of ideas, writing texts and creating visual solutions for posts in social networks. Filming and editing of videos for social networks (Reels/Shorts).
• Publishing content on GM ZELENY KORIDOR pages in Ukrainian on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and in English on LinkedIn and BlueSky.
• Creating and maintaining a content plan for social networks.
• Adapting analytical materials of GM ZELENY KORIDOR and thematic news to various formats platforms.
• Tracking trends, selection of the best forms of publications for each of the platforms.
• Generation and participation in the implementation of ideas for interaction with subscribers. 
• Monitoring of the marks of the organization’s pages, processing the comments of subscribers.
• Monitoring of social network statistics, analysis of audience engagement.
• Interaction with designers and other contractors, production of technical specifications (for complex and creative solutions in the production of content).
• Close cooperation with the communication team of GM ZELENY KORIDOR, authors of analytical materials.
• Implementation of informational and educational campaigns in social networks.
• Promotion of posts, setting up advertising campaigns, targeting, analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Social networks and digital channels of GM GREEN CORRIDOR are strategic tools for interacting with the audience, building trust and expanding influence in Ukraine and beyond.

Main requirements:

• Professional experience in the field of SMM
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages (not lower than B1-B2 level)
• Experience in writing lively texts that attract attention
• Design skills, working with graphic and video editors
• Ability to set up advertising
• Ability to plan and follow deadlines

The participant of the competition must provide the following documents:

• resume/portfolio;
• information about the experience of cooperation with non-governmental organizations (if available).

Selection will be based on the analysis of professional experience and competence. Positive experience of cooperation with non-profit organizations will be an advantage. 

Participants who passed the second round of selection will be invited to an online interview.

The amount of the salary will depend on the results of the online interview.

The form of cooperation can be changed by agreement of the parties.
