Junior Change Manager in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for Junior Change Manager

Your future functionality:

• Organization and coordination of the full cycle of changes in accordance with internal policies and ITIL processes. 
• Reception, registration and classification of Requests for Change (RFC). 
• Interaction with teams of development, testing, DevOps, security and business?customers to agree the scope of changes.
• Assessment of impact and criticality of changes on business?processes, IT?infrastructure and users. 
• Formation and maintenance of the change calendar taking into account dependencies between projects and teams. Coordination of change plans, time windows, technical details.
• Checking the completeness and correctness of implementation plans (Implementation Plan), test scenarios, readiness criteria and rollback plans (Rollback Plan).
• Identification of potential risks and barriers to the implementation of changes. 
• Initiating and agreeing measures to minimize risks. 
• Checking compliance with technical, security and procedural requirements for changes.
• Organizing and holding CAB meetings
• Controlling the implementation of changes in test, pre-production and production environments

Our candidate has:

• Work experience of 2-3 years in the field of IT (support, development or maintenance of systems). 
• Experience of at least 1 year in the role of Change Manager, Release Manager, or in other roles related to the coordination of IT processes. 
• Practical experience of working with ITIL processes, especially Change Management, Release Management, Incident/Problem Management.
• Understanding the life cycle of software, CI/CD?processes, environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD).
• Understanding the principles of information security, compliance and technical policies.
• Ability to analyze risks, assess the impact of changes on business?processes, users and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to conduct Impact Assessment. 
• Ability to identify risks, determine the criticality and priority of changes. 
• Ability to work with a large number of parallel changes and find dependencies.
• Strong facilitation skills - conducting CAB?meetings, technical discussions, status?sessions. 
• Ability to communicate with different groups: development, testing, security, business, architecture, DevOps. 
• Ability to argue decisions regarding acceptance/rejection of changes.
• Experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, command of general and technical English.
