Who are we looking for:
Help Desk / IT Support specialist who knows how to work with user requests, feels comfortable with diverse technical tasks and wants to grow with the team.
From the candidate we we are looking for:
Active Directory, DNS
network technologies and the TCP/IP
Functional duties:
Processing requests in Service Desk
User support both remotely and locally at the client
Control, coordination, analysis and resolution of incidents
Installation, configuration and support of software
workstations and peripherals.
Interaction with clients to understand:
them IT infrastructure
user business processes
Participation in basic IT audit of office infrastructure
