Who are we looking for:

Help Desk / IT Support specialist who knows how to work with user requests, feels comfortable with diverse technical tasks and wants to grow with the team.

From the candidate we we are looking for:

  • Experience as a system administrator or IT Support from 1 year
  • Experience or desire to work in the field of IT / telecommunications
  • Sure knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8 / 10 / 11 (at the local administrator level)
  • Knowledge of products Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, 2019 - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; MS Office 365, including Teams, One Drive
  • Skills to configure and support office equipment
    (PCs, laptops, phones, printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Active Directory, DNS

    • network technologies and the TCP/IP

  • Understanding of multi-level services networks
  • English language at Pre-Intermediate level (for reading and basic communication)
