Functional duties:

1. Email marketing:

• Selection of interesting and relevant topics for letters according to user requests (Google Trends, own CRM system and other sources).
• Compilation of a content plan for a month and coordination with the manager.
• Writing text for letters.
• Composition of letters and creation of necessary graphics elements.
• Starting a mailing to the appropriate audience.
• Analysis of results and improvement of key indicators.

2. Retention-marketing:

• Analysis of the current strategy for all projects.
• Checking the correctness of the scenarios.
• Creating new scenarios for user retention.
• Creating message templates.
• Analyzing results and increasing the effectiveness of indicators.
• Working with the database contacts.
• Increasing the number of active contacts and their engagement.

3. A/B testing of hypotheses:

• Conducting A/B testing to improve the results of email campaigns.
• Increasing the main indicators of email marketing.
• Increasing the percentage of readings, conversions, CTOR, average time on the site, reducing the percentage of rejections and increasing income in hryvnias.

4. Production of TK:

• Formation of technical tasks for the development team.

5. Work with graphic editors:

• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop tools, basic skills in Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in email marketing from 2 years.
• Ability to work with analytics and email distribution tools.
• Creativity and ability to generate interesting content.
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data.
