Company engaged in IT consulting, technical support and supply of equipment is looking for an administrator to organize the work of the office and support the technical team. We are considering candidates with minimal experience - we will teach you everything you need.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating office work and receiving clients.
Receiving calls, registering applications for technical support.
Delivering tasks to technical specialists and monitoring their execution.
Issuing simple documents (acts, applications, invoices).
Maintenance of the customer base, updating of technical applications.
Organizational support of the office (office, ordering equipment, communication with suppliers).
Assisting managers and the technical department in daily tasks.
Requirements:
A confident PC user (Google Drive, Excel, CRM will be a plus).
Communication, responsibility, attention to detail.
Ability to work with clients and solve organizational issues.
Desirable (but not necessary): experience in IT, service or office administration.
