Responsibilities:

• Processing employee requests (in the office / via chat / mail);
• Setting up and supporting work computer equipment and software;
• Installation and configuration of the necessary software;
• Prompt resolution of current technical issues
• Supporting users in solving issues related to the use of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of IT support;
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, office operating systems Software;
• Ability to quickly solve problems and work under stress;
• Attention, responsibility, desire to help
• Communication and ability to work in a team.
