IT support specialist in Farmak

We are currently looking for a service support specialistin the IT department, we are considering students from the 4th year of bachelor's degree.

Your main tasks:

• Register all user requests in the service support system (ServiceDesk) related to office computers, telephone and network equipment
• Carry out the initial processing of all requests
• Dispatch requests to the appropriate departments
• Provide technical support and consultation to employees with office equipment and software
• Install office software

Working schedule: 1/3 (working day from 8:00 to 8:00 a.m., 3 days off)

You are suitable for us if:

• You have a higher education or a bachelor's degree student (in the field of Information Security/Informatics and Computer Engineering/Automation and Control/Physical and Mathematical Sciences/System Sciences and Cybernetics)
• You have a responsible attitude to work
• You have developed communication skills skills
