Gladsal is a company engaged in the management of commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, production complexes).

We are developing our brand, are actively present in social networks and are looking for an SMM manager who will help make our content even more interesting, stylish and alive.

Your main tasks:

• developing a content strategy for the company's social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) — topics, sections, calendar of publications;
• planning publications and managing company pages;
• writing texts and scripts for posts, Reels, stories, interviews, videos;
• collaborating with the content maker during filming: participation in the preparation of scenarios, coordination of the process, ensuring that the content matches the company’s brand, participation in content-days;
• independent management of pages - selection of visuals, publication, design of posts, responses to comments and messages;
• planning and launch of content;
• analytics - tracking of results (reach, interaction, audience growth) and preparation of short reports;
• participation in the development of the Gladsal brand in the digital space;
• monitoring of trends in social networks, making suggestions for improving content and engaging the audience.

Requirements:

• experience in SMM or marketing - from 1 year;
• skills in shooting and working with mobile editors (Reels, CapCut, etc.);
• skills in working with graphic programs (Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.);
• creativity, activity, a sense of style and taste;
• responsibility and systematic work.
