IT support service specialist in Neksus Tehnolodzhi, TOV

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a qualified IT specialist to work in the support service.

  08:00 - 18:00; 
  09:00 - 19:00; 
  11:00 - 21:00;

Your tasks:

• Processing employee requests (in the office / via chat / mail);
• Installing and configuring software, updating systems;
• Debugging computers, laptops, printers, office equipment;
• Maintaining stable network and equipment operation;
• Maintaining technical documentation and equipment accounting;
• Prompt resolution of current technical issues.

Requirements from you:

• Minimum work experience in a similar or related position;
• Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux / office software;
• Ability to work in a team and a high level of communication;
• Willingness to develop and work in a team;
