KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of work equipment and providing support to users in their use.
by suppliers of IT goods and servicesWorking with legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Monitoring and managing the financial aspects of contracts, including billing, invoicing and schedules payments
Creating and managing purchase orders for goods, services or works
Monitoring and controlling procurement costs throughout the procurement process
Accepting and fulfilling service requests from users, such as password resets, software installations, and hardware requests
Ensure service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure basic user training on common software and IT tools

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Full university degree in information technology
You have practical experience in IT support level L1/L2 from 2 years
Experience with ticket management systems (Service-now)
Confident command of Windows OS and MS Office applications, understanding of IT infrastructure
Skills work and deal with technical documentation, technical thinking.
