IT Support Engineer (video conferences and user support)

Main tasks:

• Providing technical support to users: finding solutions, eliminating incidents, working with remote access tools.

• Administration of user environments and basic IT services.

• Interaction with specialists of the first and third line of support.

• Maintenance of peripheral equipment and local network.

• Setting up and support of video conferences, presentations and online calls (Webex, Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, etc.).

• Working with equipment for video conferencing, online broadcasting and streaming.

• Higher technical education.

• Experience with Windows and Windows Server.

• Skills with Active Directory.
