Job content:

• Administration and support of IT services.

• Detection and elimination of malfunctions in the operation of IT systems.

• Technical support for users.

• Implementation of service regulations.

• Control of the work of contracted service organizations.

• Support of the relevance of operational documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Work experience of 2 years or more according to professional competencies.

Mandatory professional competencies:

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. Experience in AD administration, network services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), print service, Exchange, SQL. Basic programming skills.

• Knowledge of LAN construction theory. Familiarity with Cisco's LAN product line. Experience in the administration of Cisco equipment.

• Knowledge of the basic principles of operation of virtual environments. Practical knowledge and experience in the administration of virtual infrastructures based on VMware technologies.

Business competences: the ability to work in accordance with corporate standards, policies and methodologies.

Personal qualities: responsibility, punctuality, self-motivation, the ability to independently solve emerging problems.
