Main tasks:

• preparation and organization of the work of Authorized Persons (collection, analysis of materials submitted for consideration by the Authorized Person; formation of protocol decisions; control over compliance with the requirements of legislation); 
• timely and high-quality publication of information in the electronic procurement system;
• participation in the development and implementation of normative documents regulating the activities of the Company on public procurement issues;
• providing consulting assistance and explanations to the responsible structural divisions of the Company, branches and participants of procurement procedures on matters related to the conduct of procurement procedures;
• performance of the function of the Authorized Person of the Company.
