IT Sourcer/ Junior Recruiter in Playduck.tech

Qualifications:

• At least 0,5 year working as a Sourcer/IT Recruiter.
• Understanding of sourcing and full cycle recruitment.
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative and desire to grow with the company.
• At least Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong skills with G Suite.

It will be a plus:

• Exreriense in Gambling or Digital marketing will be a huge plus.
• Experience as a recruiter/completion of relevant courses.
• PeopleForce experience or another CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Working with different sources to find the relevant candidate — Djinni, DOU, etc.
• Assist in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Reporting in PeopleForce on personnel issues.
• Participate in different HR projects and initiatives.
