As an HR Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee and execute HR and payroll policies. As an HR Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee and execute HR and payroll policies. Your role involves managing the administrative tasks related to HR administration and ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations for employees and in compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures set by Falck.

Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.

  • At least 1+ year of experience in HR and payroll services (mandatory), supported by substantive knowledge in both HR and payroll.
  • Knowledge of labor law issues.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems (preferably Xpertis, but not a must).
  • Knowledge of regulations related to salary calculation.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Very good organization of work time
  • Critical thinking and proactive attitude.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (mandatory).
  • Higher education (preferably in economics, HR management, law)
