This job involves finding and attracting new clients from the Upwork platform, maintaining relationships with current clients, and expanding the company's client base.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT sales.
- Experience in lead generation.
- Ability to conduct successful B2B negotiations.
- 1.5+ years of Upwork experience.
- Ability to work with different CRM systems.
- High level of spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate and above).
What you will do:
- Search for new clients on Upwork according to our criteria.
- Writing effective cover letters, cover letters and direct messages.
- Communication with potential and current clients.
- Conducting video calls to determine customer needs and form profitable offers.
- Closing deals and securing new contracts.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Cooperation with sales department, PM and developers.
- Offering new ideas to improve the sales process.
