Due to planned staff expansion, we are looking for < strong style="font-weight: 700">call center operatorsfor permanent employment in the office in the city of Chernivtsi.

Responsibilities:

• Accepting calls from customers;
• Consulting customers on questions about the company's products and possible order and payment options;
• Conducting telephone sales using scripts;
li>Entering data into the CRM system according to all standards and carrying out the order to the order collection stage;
• Working with customer complaints and wishes, and transferring them to the appropriate departments.

Working conditions:

• Working in an office in the center of Chernivtsi;
• Shift work schedule 2/2; to be agreed with the manager
• Working hours from 08:50 to 20:00 :00;
