IT Recruiter (English B2/C1) Remote in Ukraine and abroad in Job Advice

We are looking for a recruiter with an advanced level of English to work in European locations to join the Job Advice Agency team. We are considering candidates with various experience in IT recruiting, ready for active plans and tasks.


Tasks:
- search for relevant candidates for prepared vacancies in specialized social. networks Candidate search locations: Europe, Ukraine
- maintenance of the ATS database
- communication with candidates regarding vacancies in social. networks, messengers
- daily reporting on KPI
- monthly implementation of plans for closing vacancies.

From you we expect:
- experience in IT recruiting from 6 months or more
- competent written and oral communication;
- knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate level and above (spoken Polish will be a plus);
- desire to develop;
- organization and desire for self-education - to understand programming languages, frameworks and libraries, positions and roles in IT companies;
- responsibility and focus on the result;
- the ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
- willingness to learn.
