Requirements :

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Proficient oral and written command of Ukrainian.< /li>
• High level of communication and organization.
• Completion of courses in recruiting or HR will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for various divisions of the company.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Maintaining a database of potential employees.
• Participation in projects to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon.-Thurs. . from 9:00 to 18:00, Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
