IT Recruiter in OTP BANK Ukraine

We are currently looking for an IT recruiter who will help us form strong technical teams and support the development of the bank's IT department.

Your future functionality:
• The full cycle of recruiting IT specialists - from gathering requirements to the final offer
• Searching for candidates using X-ray and Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, DOU, recommendations and other channels
• Conducting competency and situational interviews (STAR, Competency-based, Behavioral methods)
• Preparing job profiles and interacting with hiring managers to clarify technical requirements
• Forming a positive Candidate Experience and communication at all stages
• Participation in the improvement of internal recruiting processes, analytics and automation
• Support the development of the OTP Bank brand as an employer in the IT sphere

Our candidate has:
• Experience in IT recruiting from 2 years
• Strong skills in X-ray / Boolean search and modern sourcing methods
• Understanding of development roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, etc.)
• Experience closing C-level positions
• Experience conducting various types of interviews (competent, situational, technical with managers)
• Skills to work with ATS, recruiting analytics (time-to-hire, source efficiency) will be an advantage jobs
