IT project manager, Project Manager (Junior) in Glyanec

GL.ua invites an Assistant Project Manager (Junior PM) to the team. The position will suit candidates without commercial IT experience, as well as professionals with experience in process coordination, customer service, sales, technical support or related roles who want to develop in IT project management.

Responsibilities:

• assisting the Project Manager in the management of IT projects;
• coordinating tasks between internal teams (development, design, marketing);
• communication with clients and stakeholders;
• monitoring the execution of tasks and compliance deadlines;
• preparation of project documentation, reports, TOR;
• work with task managers and CRM systems;
• participation in planning and optimization of project processes.

Requirements:

• basic understanding of the principles of IT projects;
• systematic, responsible, attention to details;
• ability to work with information, priorities and deadlines;
• communicability and readiness for active interaction with the team;
• willingness to learn and to undergo an internal development program.

It will be an advantage:

• experience of working as a PM assistant, coordinator, account manager;
• understanding of the development process, promotion of web projects (sites, e-commerce, digital products);
• knowledge of English/Polish/German language (A2+).
