IT project manager (ERP system development)

Job tasks:

• Description of the current business processes of the AS IS company (for their further automation).
• Analysis and search for ways to optimize business processes (for further automation)
• Building a strategy for automating business processes TO BE4.
• Description of system requirements, preparation of technical tasks for development.
• Communication with the developer, control of execution and acceptance of tasks.
• Testing of the developed IT functionality.
• Implementation of automation within the company.
• Education of employees to work with the ERP system.
• Documentation of automations.
< li>Searching for ways to optimize and improve developed automations.

Requirements:

• Experience in the development of IT products for 3+ years as an IT project manager/ business analyst. 
• Experience with ERP projects, especially Odoo, will be an advantage.
• Communication skills: be able to identify automation requirements, hear "pains" and business wishes; communicate effectively with all participants in the automation process.
• Strategic and critical thinking: be able to see the product as a whole, look for the best examples of functional implementation, make development decisions in accordance with the needs and development strategy of the company.
• Planning and IT project management: be able to define goals, identify resources, define deadlines, prepare technical tasks, test new IT functionality, communicate with the developer, report on the developed functionality.
• Proficiency in programs: PowerPoint (or modern analogues : Miro, etc.), Word, Excel. Knowledge of the Odoo system, as well as related systems 1C, PBX, Telegram bots, etc. is an advantage.
