We are looking for a Business analyst ! b>
What to do:
- requirements analysis and elicitation: gathering and analyzing requirements from users and business, including both functional and non-functional requirements;
- preparation of technical documentation and technical tasks: compilation and preparation of technical documentation, including technical specifications and tasks, for transfer to developers;
- modeling of processes and systems: application of modeling methodologies such as UML and BPMN to describe and visualize processes and systems;
- communication support between project teams, for the successful creation and maintenance of an online retail store.
- experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence for requirements management and project documentation, as well as visualization tools such as Camunda, Cawemo, Draw.IO, Miro, Visio ;
- Working with APIs: Working with developer documentation such as REST API and GraphQL, as well as using API validation tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
- experience working with large volumes of data using tools such as Excel and Power BI to analyze and visualize data;
- writing SQL queries: experience writing simple SQL queries to retrieve data from a database;
- having an Adobe (Magento) Certificate will be a plus.
