Mavericks Agency is looking for a Project Manager!

About us:

We in style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Mavericks Agency we develop websites and services. We work with clients in Ukraine and Europe. Among the main directions are corporate projects, e-commerce, custom platforms, EdTect solutions, media portals.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take over projects after the sale and bring them to the finish line without too much noise.

Project management from A to Z of sales

• Understands the web development cycle

• Speaks English confidently

• Familiar with technical processes (GIT, API, front/back - not a dark forest)

• Able to plan and prioritize effectively

• Has good communication skills, can balance between client requirements and company goals

• Understanding the principles of customer orientation

• Takes responsibility and makes decisions independently

• Has experience working with task managers (Jira, ClickUp, Teamwork, various CRMs, etc.)

• Senior Google researcher skills 

• Knows how to praise the team and be strict when needed

• Constantly learning new things

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with WordPress, OpenCart and/or Webflow

• Understanding the basics of SEO and digital marketing

• Experience working with custom projects

• Experience in sales

• Product background or desire to obtain it)
