NOC Engineer (Junior) in Kostyuk V. P., FOP

The IT company invites a Junior NOC Engineer to the team. The position is suitable for those who want to start a career in IT infrastructure and networks. Work experience is not required - training is provided.

Your main duties:

• Monitoring the operation of servers, networks and IT systems

• Responding to alerts and incidents (according to instructions)

• Fixing events and incidents in the system

• Transfer complex tasks to senior engineers

• Maintenance of stable operation of services 24/7 (variable schedule)

Our expectations:

• Basic understanding of the principles of network operation (TCP/IP, DNS - will be a plus)

• Confident use of a PC

• Attention, responsibility, willingness to work for regulations

• Willingness to learn and develop in IT

• Work experience not required

Would be an advantage (but not necessary):

• Technical or IT education

• Basic English (reading technical messages)

• Knowledge of Linux / Windows on entry level
