IT Project Manager in IWIS

IWIS is a young and purposeful IT outsourcing company.

Our goal is to introduce new and solve complex, non-standard tasks in the field of IT, namely in the direction of Mobile & Web development, Data Science.

We are looking for aProject Manager,in connection with the expansion of the team. Work with various IT projects (web, integrations), the opportunity to manage the full development life cycle and direct interaction with clients awaits you.

It is important for us:

• Experience of Project Manager from 1 year
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to formulate requirements into a clear scope of work for the team
• Experience with Jira / Confluence / Trello
• Understanding the principles of velocity, burndown, throughput
• Ability to read and analyze specifications (epics, user stories, gherkin scenarios)
• Knowledge of task assessment methods (story points, t-shirt sizing)

Will be a plus:

• Certification in the field of project management (Scrum Master, PMI, Prince2, etc.)
• Experience of working with clients from various time zones
• Experience in managing several projects at the same time

What you will need to do:

• Formation of requirements and setting tasks for the development team
• Definition of dependencies between tasks and optimization of development processes
• Organization of planning, evaluation and execution control tasks
• Analysis of team performance indicators
• Planning of releases and ensuring the achievement of project goals
• Maintenance of documentation: backlog, roadmap, reports
• Ensuring quality communication with the client and within the team
• Monitoring progress and eliminating obstacles in the team
• Involvement in strategic planning and work with clients
