Business analyst (Middle) in IWIS

Hello, our future Business Analyst!

IWIS is a young and purposeful IT company.

Our goal is to introduce new and solve complex, non-standard tasks in the IT field, namely in the direction of Mobile & Web development and Data Science.

What will you do?

• Analyze the business needs of the customer and develop the optimal solution to meet these needs;
• Identify requirements for the future product, using various techniques elicitations;
• Document requirements of different types (writing Vision & Scope document, SRS);
• Document requirements using different techniques (user story, use case, BPMN, UML, functional decomposition, dependencies, assumptions and constraints, etc.);
• Manage requirements (Prioritization, Change request);
• Set tasks and communicate with the team development.

What is important to us?

• Knowledge of the methodology of collection, analysis and formalization.;
• Ability to quickly study the subject area that needs to be analyzed;
• Understand the life cycle requirements;
• Understand the life cycle of software development.;
• Understand what API, software, and economic logic are;
• Work experience in JIRA;
• Ability to form UML, BPMN diagrams;
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.

Will be a plus:

• International certification;
• Independence, systematicity, attention to details;
• Experience with microservice architecture, API;
• Understanding the project development life cycle, good communication skills;
• Knowledge SQL (Postgre, MySQL, MSSQL, ClickHouse) will be a plus;
• Practical prototyping and modeling skills will be a plus;
• Practical experience in using Agile, Scrum methodology.
