Chief specialist in the development of Premium services (Project Manager) in PrivatBank

We are looking for Chief Development Specialist for Premium Services who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a purposeful professional who can work in a multitasking mode, with excellent communication skills, focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

• Implementation and support of processes for determining and analyzing the quality of client service
• Research of customer needs, behavior and analysis of competitors' proposals for planning new products and services of the bank
• Generation, development, implementation and support of individual programs, procedures or projects aimed at attracting target customer segments
• Participation in the development of standards and rules of communications with affluent and premium customers. Direct creation and launch of communications for clients and bank employees

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (management, economics, banking, marketing, finance, Information systems and technologies) or related areas
• 1+ year of work experience in areas that require analysis, development and implementation of solutions, in particular: banking, IT, marketing, project management, etc.
• Understanding the basics of project management and the stages of project implementation
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
• Knowledge of the English language at the level Pre-Intermediate (A2/B1)
