We are Smartiway, an established and progressive team of professionals in the field of Fintech (IT + Finance) since 2013. We are constantly working on our development and now we need an IT Ops engineer (Senior)
 

Responsibilities:

• Support of existing cloud services in the company
• Network support (cloud\hybrid\ground)
• Working with SIEM\Endpoint Protection services
• Testing of new technologies and proposals for their implementation
• Development and support of current technical documentation
• Automation of processes using Powershell
• Conducting technical meetings with contractors
• Analysis of the current infrastructure and proposals for its optimization
• Development and optimization existing solutions
• Technical park support (ground)
• Ensuring the reliability, availability, continuity and security of the IT infrastructure of the enterprise in compliance with the SLA

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in a position of 6 years or more
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Unix\Linux system administration
< li>Knowledge of technologies and methods of risk assessment
• Experience in the development and implementation of security procedures and policies
• Experience and knowledge in the work of system administration and in the clouds (Microsoft\Amazon\Google\Hetzner) - more than 3 years
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Experience of working with IDS\IPS\SIEM\Monitoring and fault tolerance management systems
• Experience of developing and maintaining technical documentation< /li>
• Practical experience of using Powershell scripts to automate small processes
• Certifications (Windows\Unix\Cloud\Security\etc) that confirm technical knowledge will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge network protocols and technologies
• Understanding the principles of the service model of the IT department
• Knowledge of the principles of establishing and controlling SLA
