Technical support worker / assistant system administrator in VIST+ IT, TOV

VIST+ IT LLC is a provider of information technology services in Ukraine. We are looking for a technical support worker / assistant system administrator who wants to develop in the IT field and participate in interesting projects. We invite both men and women, boys and girls, who are interested in developing in the IT field to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine technical support tasks of users
- Assistance to the system administrator in the maintenance and configuration of equipment
- Keeping documentation about the work performed
- Interaction with service providers and constant support of users.

Requirements:

- Desire to develop in the field of IT
- Knowledge of the basic principles of computer systems
- Knowledge of the WINDOWS family OS
- Basic knowledge of the LINUX family OS
- Basic knowledge in the field of local and global networks
- Skills of working with remote administration tools
- Knowledge of PC hardware
- Ability to work in a team
- Responsibility and organization.
