Main responsibilities:
- Processing problem cases in GDS: incorrect fares, booking classes, errors in PNR, complex statements.
- Communication with GDS, airlines and suppliersregarding technical and operational questions.
- Ordering, updating and configuration of vendor-side booking/checkout technologies.
- Participation in new content launch projects (including NDC, consolidators) and implementation of new tools.
- Preparation and updating of technical instructions for internal teams (agents, back office, finance).
- Monitoring of indicators (L2B, bookability, errors, anomalies).
- Blocking/unblocking airlines and routes.
- Checking promotional and special tariff conditions from suppliers.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Experience with Amadeus, Saber or Galileo.
- Ability to issue tickets, make returns and exchanges.
- Ability to read PNR history.
- Understanding tariffs, taxes, charges and basic ADM rules.
- Desirable: experience in OTA, travel agency or airline.
- English -Intermediate+.
- Confident use of a PCand technical documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and analytical approach is a big plus.
- Willingness to learn and deepen expertise in GDS, API, NDC and LCC.

- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and a desire to understand the essence of processes.
- Resistance to stress, willingness to work in peak hours and during technical changes.
- Communication and team interaction.
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve technical skills.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience working with NDC, consolidators and LCC-aggregators.
- Understanding online travel business processes.
- Participation in the implementation of new products, modules or APIs.
