HelpDesk Team Lead — Headquarter in SKELAR

We are looking for a TeamLead HelpDesk to join our team at SKELAR - this is a unique opportunity to influence processes, develop a team and work with the most modern technologies. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 engineers, optimize technical support processes, improve office infrastructure and implement innovations. We have no bureaucracy, and your ideas can change processes throughout the organization. If you strive for development, have technical expertise and want to influence large projects, this is your chance to join a team of high performers and help us achieve ambitious goals. font-weight: 700">—Experience managing a technical support team (from 3 engineers) and building processes;
—Deep understanding of network infrastructure (VLAN, QoS, routing, security) for networks with a load of 200 clients or more;
—Expertise in macOS: diagnostics, troubleshooting, optimization and management devices;
—Experience with MDM systems (Jamf, FleetDM or Kandji);
—Knowledge of the hardware part of the equipment: diagnostics, troubleshooting, modernization;
—Skills in working with equipment suppliers and setting up service contracts.

Nice-to-have:
Experience automating routine technical tasks;
Understanding Zero Trust, IAM and other approaches to corporate security.

People management:
- Leadership skills: the ability to motivate the team and maintain productivity; solutions;
—Communication and negotiation skills: effective interaction with internal teams and external suppliers;
—Attentionattention to details: control of work results and responsibility for service quality.
