IT Compliance Consultant in Digital Hub Warsaw at Bayer

The IT Compliance Consultant works under general supervision performing, executing, and contributing to Bayer’s reputation and shareholder value by continuously monitoring changes to Bayer directives and applicable external regulations. Identifies and resolves complex assignments while determining when problems should be escalated to a higher level. IT Compliance area focus is IT Security.

• 5+ years experience working in Information Technology
• Strong Cybersecurity knowledge and understanding, particularly with industry standards such as NIST, and ISO27
• Working knowledge of Control Frameworks and Risk Management Methodologies
• Knowledge of IT Compliance governance, structure, and content
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
• Business acumen allowing understanding of business impact related to technical risks
• Ability to consider innovative approaches to improving compliance management approaches such as automation in remediation
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
