Your future tasks:

• Search and further communication with models, film crew and representatives of shooting locations;
• Full operational support of filming (creating schedules, solving payment issues, monitoring the signing of contracts, collecting the necessary clothes and equipment, calculating the budget);
• Prescribing TK for shooting participants and colleagues;
• Preparation of references/moodboard for filming.

What will you need for this?

• 1-2 years of experience in the organization of filming or production;
• English language level - B2+;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving and get-it-done approach to tasks;
• Ability to structure and visualize information using Google Sheets, Docs and other tools;
• Responsibility, independence, stress resistance;
• Excellent search skills (people, locations);
• Self-organization: the ability to prioritize tasks and not lose sight of the global picture.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in organizing filming abroad;
• Awareness and understanding of current trends in social networks;
• Openness to off-site filming and business trips;
• Experience with Notion, Figma (at the basic level);
