Key tasks :

1. Work with customers and business requirements

• ensure the collection, analysis, formalization and processing of business requirements, interaction with the customer, formation of technical tasks and task setting;
• holding meetings to clarify the functional requirements of the mobile application;
• creatively approach the solution of non-standard tasks;
• to interact with other structural divisions of the Bank;
• to interact with external vendors, regarding issues of optimization and development of functionality necessary for high-quality operation of the mobile application.

2. Elaboration of technical requirements and system analysis

• transformation of business requirements into detailed system/functional requirements;
• building and description of the necessary models, algorithms, prototypes of the Bank's business processes in accordance with the functional requirements of the mobile application;
• preparation of documentation and description of internal logic and processes mobile application: data processing rules, component operation scenarios;
• description of the sequence of service calls, integrations between the mobile application, backend, payment systems, ODB, data bus, etc.;
• creating tasks for developers in the project management system (Jira or others).
• preparation of technical requirements for the API for external and internal developers:

- field structures,

- parameter values,

- request/response formats,

- validation rules,

- error handling.

3. Interaction with the design and development team

• coordinating logic with the UX/UI team, forming UX scenarios for business processes;
• participating in the development and implementation of new, support and development of existing processes/products for the mobile application;
• constant communication with backend, frontend and mobile developers to clarify requirements;
• supporting DevOps/architects in defined technical dependencies.

4. Implementation control and testing support

• implementation of processes, coordination of development and testing of development and refinements for a mobile application;
• control of the quality of execution, testing and elimination of errors during development and refinements;
• verification of implemented functions for compliance with business and system requirements;
• log analysis, work with Postman/Swagger, verification of correctness integrations;
• participation in the creation of test cases, consultation of the QA team on the logic of services;
• fixing, analysis and assistance in eliminating errors that occur within the framework of the operation of the mobile application;
• assessment of the impact of changes on existing modules of the mobile application and related systems.

5. Documentation and release support

• preparation of technical documentation;
• participation in preparation for mobile application releases;
• interaction with support/operations team to transfer knowledge.

Personal skills:

• ability to work simultaneously on two levels: strategic (business logic) and technical (system requirements);
• strong analytical skills, critical thinking, accuracy in documentation;
• high level of communication and the ability to explain complex technical things in simple language;
• ability to quickly switch between tasks, work in a dynamic environment environment;
• initiative and proactivity in identifying problems and risks.

Experience and qualifications:

• experience in the position of a business or system analyst from 3 years, preferably in the financial, technical or banking sphere;
• experience of participation in implemented and supported mobile applications;
• understanding of the life cycle of a mobile client: authorization, onboarding, security, payments, push, data caching, etc.;
• theoretical and practical knowledge of the methodology of the process of development and implementation of banking products/processes for private clients (payments, cards, deposits, credit products, etc.)n.);
• knowledge in the field of integrations: REST API, queues, data bus, microservices;
• experience in preparation of technical tasks for automation;
• basic knowledge of client-server architecture;
• knowledge of modern methodologies for collecting, analyzing and formalizing requirements;
• experience working with:

- SQL queries;

- ABS "B2";

- Swagger/Postman,

- simulation tools Draw.io and Figma;

- experience using JIRA & Confluence.
